  • Shared hosting customers must follow fair usage rules.
  • Scripts or cron jobs that overload servers may be restricted.

Dedicated and VPS customers manage their own environment but must still comply with our AUP.

6. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in advance and are billed on a recurring basis.
  • By placing an order, you agree that your services will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file for all recurring invoices unless you cancel the service before the due date.
  • Invoices are due on the listed due date. Failure to make payment on time may result in automatic service suspension.
  • Suspended services may become inaccessible, including your website, email, and related services.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to permanently terminate the service and delete all associated data without further notice.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure cancellation is requested before the renewal date to avoid charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds for hosting services may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase only.
  • No refunds will be issued for renewal payments, as services are automatically renewed.
  • Domain registrations, renewals, addons, and software licenses are strictly non-refundable.
  • By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for:

  • Payment failure
